  • Mediation is a confidential, voluntary dispute resolution process facilitated by a trained, neutral, third party. The mediator ensures everyone’s perspectives are heard and respected, promotes constructive dialogue, and helps parties work together toward their own, mutually agreeable solution.

  • Having a conversation about new or difficult topics can go smoothly with an objective facilitator to assist. Whether it’s just you and a loved one, your family, or your organization/business, skilled facilitation can help prevent conflict.

  • This extended conflict resolution process allows families to put aside individual differences to focus on the safety and well-being of an elderly loved one. The Eldercaring Coordinator is trained in high-conflict management, skilled in working with individuals of varying physical and mental capacity, and helps families develop and implement workable plans to address the changing needs of the elder.

  • TalkWorks provides tailored training and works with groups to implement new ways of interacting that build community and repair harm in the wake of conflict. We also work with individuals, to help develop strategies and skills to navigate challenging situations at home or work.

  • Restorative Justice is a values-based approach to building trusting relationships and resolving conflict. Rooted in the traditions of indigenous cultures, restorative practices are used in a variety of settings, including organizations, classrooms, communities and the criminal justice system to strengthen and restore relationships, repair harm, and create more inclusive communities.

Fee schedule

Understanding our pricing

Maximum fee for Mediation, Eldercaring Coordination, Restorative Conferencing and Individual Coaching is $200/hour. An additional mileage fee may be assessed for travel beyond 50 miles from Park City.

To make services accessible to all who need them, TalkWorks offers a sliding fee scale based on ability to pay. Quotes for group training and facilitation are supplied upon request. Click here to complete an Application for Reduced Fee.
