This extended conflict resolution process allows families to put aside individual differences to focus on the safety and well-being of an elderly loved one. The Eldercaring Coordinator is trained in high-conflict management, skilled in working with individuals of varying physical and mental capacity, and helps families develop and implement workable plans to address the changing needs of the elder.

TalkWorks provides tailored training and works with groups to implement new ways of interacting that build community and repair harm in the wake of conflict. We also work with individuals, to help develop strategies and skills to navigate challenging situations at home or work.
